They really shook things up when they came on board as a dual agent for the sale of our London flat and went above and beyond to get the right qualified buyer prospects through the door. Their direct contact approach really made a difference and we've valued their advice throughout.
Although we ultimately went with a buyer from the incumbent agency, it could just as easily have been through the Fletchers if their buyer had counter offered sooner.
I would highly recommend the Brook Green team.
