Honestly, was very impressed with the speed and effort put into the service. I moved into a house in Manchester and I struggled for weeks to find a property that was nice and that I could call home, within my budget and with a landlord that actually cared about me and was willing to help me. Then I found Jayson Singh and within a week, I was moving into my new house. I genuinely can't be thankful enough for his effort. Even willing to book me in before the viewing open dates to accommodate my busy schedule. If you're looking for somewhere to new to live in Manchester contact Jayson for sure!

Flambard Williams have been fantastic from my first point of contact, Ricky with Chris and Kelly all helping with the purchase of my buy-to-let apartment off-plan, right through to Kayleigh and Angelene on the lettings side. They all know their stuff, and I never felt that I was been pushed or convinced into a decision. They spent time really finding out what I wanted the income for and provided me with different options and were always on hand to give help and advice. They are all knowledgeable, professional and approachable people - a great team. It is a scary process as I’ve never done this before, but they completely guided me through it and now I’ve got tenants! Before I found Flambard Williams, I did have a bad experience with a different company where I parted with 5k on a property that I had said I didn’t want but I was talked into it. They told me that the developer had all the funds to complete the project and the deal was so good that the sales agent himself secured 6 apartments for himself. I lost my hard earned savings as a result of my involvement with Flambard Williams. I would not recommend them at all.
