GoogleRang multiple times to organise a viewing, which they said would call me back, they never did. Very unorganised & wasted my time.
Hi Ashley, we are really sorry you were not contacted. We have had over 70 enquiries on this one property and have had to priorities who we call back. You had put down that about getting a dog on your form and these are not allowed in this property. For this reason you were not called but you should have had a text about no pets so we apologies for that.

YellUnfair and unprofessional
This agency rented us a filthy house, which was then flooded later in the year, and didn't do anything to fix the problem or reimburse me for all my damaged goods. When we moved out, we were charged exorbitant fees for a professional clean and non-existant damages.
