Once again I'm forced to edit my review after them begging me to change it to a good one in the first place. Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible work ethic, unprofessional and rude. I feel like I'm talking to a politician with their scripted answers and careless replies. Not only did they allow me to move into a disgusting unclean flat full off the last tenants rubbish hidden in the basement. But after doing things like taking days off work so they could service the boiler which they assured me was a routine check it was revealed shortly after they were in fact doing it to get me out of the property and completely lied about the purpose. After which they threaten me with their contract, cherry picking parts that suit them and trying to lie to me again. Holly is both rude, uncaring and arrogant, I've asked them to wait till Thursday for a evaluation as I'm not there and my disabled cousin is on his own and would be very stressed with unknown people trying to come in, yet they continue to harass me with emails saying they will break in without me there, even though I have 2 whole months till I move out. Absolutely disgusted with how I've been treated by Holly Pearson.

We listed our property with the Leyton branch. From the get go their service was great. Both Mark and Michelle were great a getting viewings booked in, confirming bookings and hosting bookings. They fully understood our need to secure a certain amount for our property so that we could continue or journey. We had early offers but couldn’t accept as they were too low. They were patient and understanding and did all they could to secure us more bookings. When we sold our property they were right there with information support and guidance. Michelle was great at helping me chasing solicitors , estate agents, the lot. You name it she was there, a real trooper, cold not have got through the last couple of months with her. She had my back the whole way in what was quite honestly so stressful because of other professionals!Thank you

I recently had my first email exchange with Megan Buchel who is the person responsible for managing our property. I had asked her a number of questions spread across 3 emails, asked one question twice, and in one of my emails had accidently put some misleading information. I was really impressed that she answered all the questions in full, at the same time making me aware of my misleading question. In my experience this is pretty rare and as a first impression I have to give it full marks.

Annie has been amazing very helpful and sincere.The first agent I dealt with which I won’t mention was quite rude and it seemed to be so hard to get things done when things went wrong in the flat and there were a few things that did! I’m just grateful I had a fantastic landlord who stepped in to help. But Filiberto has also been good throughout my tenancy and they were flexible due to the current Covid situation. Not the most easiest of tenancies but I would still recommend

Efficient yet friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble, furthermore her skill in liaising with British Gas was paramount in resolving my issue so for these reasons, I can thoroughly recommend Saeeda as a Property Manager.

GoogleI have to say John went over and beyond to help me & my partner, with are new rental property. They were not managing this property just helped advertise. I we had few problems with the new property. we didn't have working shower, all the keys, or parking space map I could go on! But he was amazing we couldn't get all the information and support from the landlord due to been out of the country! John and his team got everything sorted for us! We couldn't thank them enough and made us feel so welcome. I would defiantly recommend this estate agent if your looking to rent or sell your house first class customer service! Thank you again.
