Unprofessional is an understatement. Contacted the Leyton team 2 weeks ago about a property, Jack Wackett got my details and told me that they were waiting to hear from the current tenants to arrange viewings and that they would let me know. Kept trying to contact them for a week with noboy answering my emails or my calls. Finally got through today and was informed that viewings took place and an offer was put forward. These guy are showing how they don't care about their tenants even before they sign their contract.

Dire customer service for landlords. Their utter failure to get reliable tenants, failure to chase rent owning (rent has not been paid on time for five months) and inability to respond to calls or emails is remarkable. You can ring and email and get no response whatsoever. Latest joke is an insistence on filing statutory documents when it suits their income projections while ignoring the property owners requests. Do not touch this company if you wish to maintain any semblance of sanity.
