TrustpilotReally professional and amazing service
We had a really great experience in the Walthamstsow branch with Lady Niongo. She went above and beyond to make sure we got a property in a short period of time and was really friendly and gave us amazing costumer service. She got the sense of what we were after straight away and facilitated our viewings. I will definitely refer to her in the future.

This specifically relates to Helene who arranged payment of deposit in January 2021 relating to a tenancy that ended in 2018. She attempted to ring and email me to make sure I was aware the payment hadn't been made at the time and to check my details were correct. I appreciated her persistence and speed of sorting the matter once it had been discovered.

TrustpilotThis discriminant racist rental estate
This discriminant racist rental estate, is corrupt, their immature staff should be avoided, extremely unprofessional! While searching for flats, the jerks insulted me for my age, selectively picked hell holes to rent, its clear they hate asians, despite the mayor being asian, its selective discrimination Their also a rip off their agency fee is extortionate like everything in London

TrustpilotDulwich branch was terrible
Dulwich branch was terrible. Cancelled an appointment when we were already on the way, because they accepted an offer on the first day of viewings (this was for a rental - everyone else uses a fair system where you apply and they choose at the end of the day).We complained and received the most unprofessional response I've ever seen.
