We rented a 2-room apartment in the Brook Green area for about 3 years. Most of the employees we worked with were quite professional and customer-oriented, but not all, unfortunately. I can't positively characterise the work of Andrew Halim, almost all of his answers had the form "Unfortunately this is not a service we offer.", but when we turned to other specialists, we quickly solved all the difficulties (thank you, Jon Bird). I can also positively pour out the work of Alan Fikss and Donna Bizzell. If your apartment will be serviced by this agency , I advise you to run away from them, because you will encounter the work of Andrew Halim - but now the world is changing, and London is not the same as it was 15 years ago. It is necessary to strive to think about customers and establish long-term relationships. Andrew is not capable of this, unfortunately. We were so impressed with the entire team of Finlay Brewer - especially Teresa, Debs (Debbie), and Hettie. They are consummate professionals who looked after us every step of the way when buying our first house. I was a tenant with Finlay Brewer for six years, and unfortunately, I encountered a few difficulties with the agency. However, I must emphasize that they went above and beyond to reach out, collect feedback, and I have edited this note to reflect this. While I faced challenges from some of their senior members, particularly regarding communication and customer empathy, some of the team members have been helpful. Recently, I transitioned from being a tenant to a property owner in the same area. Initially, I was hesitant to do business with them again, but after receiving feedback and seeing that they care about providing better service, I have revised this review to be more positive. Some of the challenges I encountered in the past included a lack of support and assistance with administrative and contractual matters. I have given 3 stars to echo my personal situation. If you have had experiences with Finlay Brewer, you may have your own stories to share. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions when choosing an estate agency.

Finlay Brewer are great estate agents. I bought a house recently where they acted. Of course they tried to get the best price possible for their client. But they also recognised that they need to bring the potential buyer along as well. They gave great advice and we're incredibly responsive. I dealt mostly with Penny who knew her onions, was very frank and incredibly patient as I deliberated. I also dealt with Paul as the head of the agency, who is also first class.

What a difference to the usual mainstream agency! At least personalised advice and listening rather than the usual youngster calling you 3 times a week to offer you non suitable products. Everything was peaceful with my search here and Penny was probably the most seasoned and helpful agent I came across in my 2 years search.
