GoogleWorst agency ever, my advice is run away from them, I can’t wait my contract to finish so I can move out. The agents are useless when you have a problem, we went to them plenty of times with simple problems like the TV licence or contract questions and they are NEVER willing to help you. Since we moved here he have this problem with the neighbour upstairs which keep running and pushing his furniture or whatever he’s doing at 1am sometimes morning sometimes evening for hours! We complained personally in the agency and again nothing was done about it. The landlord came to visit the house we did another complaint, she said she was gonna do something about it, nothing was done. We are really tired of leaving here, is stressful, we can’t have a good night of sleep, even now in quarantine this keep going for the whole day! We tried again to contact them and told twice that we don’t know the flat number to speak with the person upstairs even though this is not our job since we don’t manage the flats, and that we’d appreciate if they could do something about it. Again, they answer was to speak with the person of the flat that this would be helpful for us. Do they even read what we said? Careless people, they don’t care about you, but if you delay the payment during this corona outbreak I’m pretty sure they gonna contact you and give a sh*t because of money. Maybe you are lucky and you’ll never have a problem if you move to their flat, but if you have, my friend, I’m so sorry for you.

GoogleWe worked with with Finlay Brewer to try to buy a house in Brook Green. The vendor's estate agent was easily the best part of our experience. She (and her colleagues at FB) were incredibly responsive to our inquiries and available for viewings. They worked hard to make a sale happen, both for their clients and for us. Even though the transaction unfortunately collapsed (vendors ultimately had some serious problems), she did everything possible to try to see it through. She worked with all parties to improve communication and help everyone find solutions to problems. As we are now planning to buy another property in the neighborhood, we would not hesitate to recommend or use Finlay Brewer whenever it is time for us to sell.

GoogleFinaly Brewer thinks they know the area better than others. Others are more humble and work a ton harder, which makes the difference in the end. FB is horrible for propery management. They are rude with tenants and show no service mindset whatsoever. They are OK with landlords when the prospect of making money isn't too far and too difficult. GoogleWe recently completed a house purchase through Finlay Brewer and would highly recommend them. It was refreshing to work with this standard of estate agents who were professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable about the area. We dealt mainly with Penny, who was very patient, helpful and professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI dealt with a Penny who is apparently a sales manager. She gave me totally false information. Do you research before visiting here as I was misled! Awful and unhelpful. I've never been advised by someone who is so disinterested in potentially doing business with someone.
