Fantastic experience from start to finish with Finlay Brewer, specifically with Debs. She helped us both sell our previous home and find the perfect new one, and her guidance was invaluable throughout. What really set Debs apart was her attentiveness, she always made time for our questions, kept us in the loop at every stage, and made us feel genuinely looked after. She also knows the neighbourhood like the back of her hand, which made a huge difference. Her insight into the area helped us feel confident in our decisions and ultimately led us to a home that suits us perfectly. It's clear she brings the same care and attention to all her clients, she's passionate about what she does, and it shows. We feel so lucky to have had Debs on our side!

We had a great experience renting through Findlay Brewer. We worked with Amin who understood what we were looking for and didn’t push us to move or move faster than we were comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

We recently rented a flat in Brook Green through Finlay Brewer and had a genuinely excellent experience. From our first viewing, the agent, Paula, has been lovely to deal with - she was well-informed about the property, never pushy (rarities in the London rental market), and consistently helpful. The whole process - from putting together the offer to signing documents - was smooth, transparent and efficient. Communication has been quick and clear at every stage. In a housing market that’s often stressful and overwhelming, it's a relief to work with such a great agency. Highly recommend.

A huge thank you from my wife and I for being such great collaborators on getting the flat sold. You and the team were all wonderful to work with and I’m glad you were recommended to us. We shall definitely recommend you on too. Your list of suppliers was also super useful and we’re glad that we’re all now in our respective homes.

We can't thank Finlay Brewer enough for helping us find the perfect home for our family. From the start, they took the time to truly understand our needs, making the entire experience feel incredibly personal. Their team was not only professional but also genuinely caring and friendly. Their knowledge of the local market is second to none, and it made all the difference in finding a home that suits us perfectly. We highly recommend Finlay Brewer to anyone in search of a new home!

“I wanted to pass on some feedback. Caroline and I feel the process was very efficient and as much as these things can be, relatively painless. This was helped by the team at FB, all of whom have been fantastic. Paul, your assistance at the beginning was appreciated, but I do feel Charlie also deserves a special mention. He went above and beyond what I expected and was incredibly helpful with visits to the property for work to be completed whilst we were abroad. His calm, and professional demeanor was very much welcome.”

The proof is in the pudding: thanks to Finlay Brewer, I sold my flat within a week (it had previously been on the market for months with another agency) and bought our new home, completing the sale within four months of making the offer. The team has been professional, flexible and kind, walking us through each step of the process with clarity and efficiency.

I have used Finlay Brewer for over 20 years for my rental properties as well as buying and selling. They have a wealth of local knowledge and an accurate view of the market as well as an honest appraisal of prospects ( unlike those agents who promise x or y with no hope of achieving that ) . I highly recommend for both sales and letting

My partner and I had a great experience with Finlay Brewer, in particular with Amin. He is very friendly, easy to get on with and after meeting us at an inspection, shared properties relevant to us and didn't try to show us things we were not interested in. A smooth experience with good communication and now we're in a great flat. Highly recommend!

I can say that we couldn't have found such a nice new home without the help of Caity and Donna. Caity is very professional and patient. Helped me find the right home for us according to my requirements and budget. I was registered with almost every estate agency in Hammersmith. I have to say that the Finlay Brewer properties are very high standard taste and to be honest it’s really hard to choose one from them. Donna has been active in communicating and resolving issues between me and the seller. Caity showed me the property again and again with great patience. Very appreciate all of your hard work, I can't recommend them more.

I wish to share a positive review of Finlay Brewer. I rented a house through them for two years then purchased a house in Brook Green. Monty Elworthy and Paul Cosgrove are great to work with. Helpful, approachable and very knowledgeable about the local area and the housing market. Would definitely use them again for a sale or purchase.

We recently purchased our property through Finlay Brewer, working through Caity, and she was by far the best estate agent we came across through our search. Calm, efficient and professional - everything you need during the stress of a house purchase - we owe her a big thanks!

Finlay Brewer were first class. Friendly, quick to respond and managed to come through with all of my requests. Amin and Will worked hard at getting this over the line for me in a short time frame. In 20 years of renting this was my smoothest experience. They did all the hard work for me. Highly recommend.

Our family entrusted two sales to Finlay Brewer, 25 years apart - a home on Brook Green, and a nearby garage. They are simply the best local agents, having established longstanding, trust-based relationships with the local community. Founder/Partner, Teresa and Paul have run the agency for decades (overseeing an excellent team) - their extensive market knowledge reflects this. Recently, our garage received multiple offers and realised above asking price, swiftly. Also noteworthy: we got several other agents to value, given the slightly niche nature of the property - all fell well below Finlay Brewer's. SA valued it at 76% less. For both sales, the approach was friendly, professional and personalised. No pushiness or dropping the ball - a wholly pleasant process, including conveyancing support. Many thanks!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Finlay Brewer again. From our first request to viewing our property to sell right through to the Sale Completion, the journey was smooth and professionally handled. Whether we were dealing with the Sales Team, the team progressing the Sale or the Office & Admin. teams, we knew we were in safe hands. Everyone was friendly and competent and were always ready to offer advice and answer any questions we had. Finlay Brewer go the extra mile in recommending further services such as Removal Companies to Cleaning Services. Thank you to each and every one of you who handled our sale from Start to Finish. 5 star recommendation.
