GoogleI have never been more insulted in my life. The customer service is horrendous and I still haven't recieved my money back!! I've been trying to contact them regarding this but got an email back saying that they've never served me before?! I'm deeply offended and if I could give zero stars I would..DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Derya deals with maintenance and has always provided an excellent service - she listens to your needs and delivers above expectation. Would recommend this family run office to anyone looking to rent or sell in the area.

GoogleI have been working with Filey since they started and cannot fault them. They really do what they say and are so reliable. Before Filey approached me I worked with a Highly reputable agent, who in the end turned out to be pure cowboys. Filey have both landlord and tenants interests at heart, they are honest, fair and correct.

GoogleFiley Properties Tottenham are the best letting agents I ever rented house through. Very professional, efficient and customer friendly team. Application process was very easy, but obviously, up to highest required standards. I have got very good experience with them, especially with Serkan and Songul. They are always willing to help. Highly recommended!

GoogleAvoid at all costs! Purposely avoided calls 'such and such isn't in the office' - lies. When the roof was leaking into one of the bedrooms, they wouldn't offer compensation on rent despite rooms being inhabitable. Didn't complete referencing checks prior to me moving in then demanded payment for said referencing checks 4 weeks before moving out!

GoogleTerrible. Didnt want to help, rude, hung up on me for asking to hold for a moment. Didnt give any information, said couldnt help and generally sounded like she couldnt be bothered. First call to this firm and a shambles. Do not wish to view the property with the firm no longer.
