GoogleAs a landlordI have let out numerous properties with filey properties going back since 2011 have always had my rent paid in on time any repairs been promptly carried out when needed staff hardworking and helpful and friendly always get me great tenants never hesitated to recommend them to any of my friends be they fellow landlords or would be tenants Thank we all again for all we're help over the years we take a lot of the stress out of being a landlord.

GoogleLandlords beware! I have rented my property to Filey for around 4 years under their 'guaranteed' rental agreement. After notifying them in advance about my decision to not renew my contract, we agreed on a checkout date for their tenants. I have been chasing my overdue rent since (over 7 months now). Having ended communication with Filey, I will be taking legal action against them for rent and damages to my windows caused by their last tenants which they refuse to fix claiming its wear and tear.

GoogleAs inexperienced landlords we needed support in finding a suitable tenant and the trust that we could leave our property with a company that cared about this as much as myself and wife. We met with the Senior Manager called Serkan from Filey Properties and was instantly impressed with his passion. He spent the first part of our meeting explaining his role within the company and explaining this was a family run business that took pride within the local community for the service it offered. We discussed the letting of our property and felt at ease with the knowledge that they would keep us informed once they had found a suitable tenant and how they would advertise our home with professional looking photos. Since the agreement to let our property, We have been in regular contact with Serkan’s assistant Songul. She has been informative and provided us with a warm welcome to Filey Properties which makes us secure in the knowledge we have done the right thing. I have since been in contact with Songul regards arranging a few things within the house we needed to have completed and she has replied and sorted this out immediately. We both fully recommend Filey Properties, Serkan and Songul have been a pleasure to deal with and I have found the service impeccable.

GoogleUsed their service and found them to be unprofessional and incompetent. Contracts were signed but not adhered to and then they sent me a letter threatening legal action if I didn't remove my review.

GoogleWent in to ask about a property that I'm interested in and that I have viewed online, went inside, nobody around, one lady sitting by her self in the middle, doesnt know how to talk, doesnt know anything about what shes doing, absolutely clueless, treated me like dirt, no eye contact, kept sulking huffing and puffing as if Im giving her a headache, I left kindly without saying anything. never will I step foot into that lettings agency, worst I've been to.

GoogleMyself and previous flat mates had a really good experience with Filey Properties. Having lived in a shared property managed by them for around 3 years, we found them to be very professional, cooperative, and quick to respond to any issues. The property had all the necessary checks carried out, they provided fire alarms within the property and provided small repairs when needed (rarely). Everyone was honest at the begin of the tenancy about the condition of the property in terms of minor imperfections and as a result the condition of flat was very easy to maintain. Overall great management and maintainence team @ Filey. Would use again. P.S. To the angry tenant below. It is plain common sense for any tenant to check that the property is suitable (e.g. has fire alarms fitted) before they move in let alone sign a contract. There's no point in complaining retrospectively. You have no-one to blame but yourself for what seems to be lack of attention to detail. My advice to any estate agent reading this review is 'not to touch the below tenant with an extremely looooongg barge pole!'

GoogleWe have been renting from Filey properties for about 7/8 months now. We love living in Stoke Newington. All of our back and forth communication regarding maintenance issues with the house or contract extensions have been with a lovely lady named Derya. She is amazing and I would recommend Filey properties just because of how awesome she is. GO DERYA!

GoogleHad the displeasure of renting with Filey from 2019-2020, there were 4 locks on the front door but we were only given the key to one as well as broken windows. We were broken into & robbed on our first night in the property, and those issues still went unfixed. Showed no empathy or concern, shocking service.

GoogleTerrible service. They never return the calls or answer question. Serkan and Ilayda are the worse people. I rent a house and on the next they they kicked me out of the house. They also refused to give my money back. If you thinking of renting a place or buying any property from them I suggest you to be very cautious.
