Hello! I would like to tell about my experience living almost 5 years in the house rented through Filey Properties Hackney. That is the best agency that you could imagine! Always will recommend it to all my friends and hope my review will help anyone who is looking for place to rent or buy property. Those people are amazing! Very professional but easy going and very helpful in all kind of situations. If you are looking for place where agent will become almost like your friend and will always be there for you that is the best place. There is no issue in any matter. Everything is sorted asap and leave you very comfortable without any headaches. We lived in the house almost 5 years and if not moving abroad we would stay there much much longer or even if we would like to change location we would stay with them for sure! If I could rate 0 stars I would! I’ve spent 16 days without hot water, this maintenance issue has been met with no urgency, I have a 8 year old child in the house and the company has done nothing to resolve the issues I currently face with the boiler, I’ve been chasing them every day to get this solved and been met with, “we’re doing all we can,” meanwhile every person I speak with acts like it’s the first they’re hearing of this issue. The way they have dealt with maintenance issues over the last 5 years I’ve been with them has been utterly appalling. They simply only care about the landlords and NOT the paying tenants. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to live a peaceful life and simply get what they pay for. Disgusting.

She is truly committed to my property repair demands and she provides me with great satisfaction and results! She always go the extra mile to ensure that any issues reported are resolved in a timely manner. She is always available to answer any questions, big or small. In addition to that, she is very friendly and approachable. In a nutshell she is very professional and I would highly recommend her with respect to mediation and liaising with difficult tenants. I have to say, estate agents may have a poor reputation, but I have been a landlord working with Filey Properties for 2 years now and they have been EXCEPTIONAL. I don't expect 5* treatment, but I do expect to be informed of problems, quick responses to emails, and assistance when required - they have done all of that and more. Furthermore, my tenant has been in the apartment for over 3 years, good luck finding many other estate agents who have kept a client happy for that long! I wish they worked all across London - I'd give them my other rental properties to manage too. Well done Derya, Maj, Alex and team. Tim

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. They don't reply to emails (unless you harass them with multiple emails) , the person you want to speak to is never in the office, phone calls are never returned even after they are promised. There were 3 different scheduled maintenance appointments - all no shows and no follow ups. Don't know if I should waste my time waiting for them to come around. Stay away at all cost

Just had an issue with the boiler today and it was dealt with so smoothly by a staff named Aslihan. She managed to video call me and guided me in order to fix the issue and get it resolved urgently rather than waiting for an engineer. It was so nice of her to show me how to fix and giving her time to guide me through the whole process and enabling me to work on the boiler safely. She was very friendly and supportive and it was a pleasure speaking to her for the first time as I normally speak to another staff called Derya who is also so lovely and always been helpful with all the issues I have faced whilst living at the property. Them 2 staff are my favourites at Fileys and always go out their way to help. Keep up the good work and it was also really nice to put a face to the name today due to the video call. Now its Derya that I still need to see🙂 Thanks once again for all your help.
