GoogleWe have been letting our property with Filey for a year and have been happy with the service they have provided. Whenever we've had queries they have been quick to help us out (thank you Bilge). We hope the same services will continue for many years to come.

GoogleIm really glad with the service and help filey properties have provided regarding renting out my property. If you are looking for a professional agency company that's quick with finding good tenants then look no further. Spoke to Serkan and Songul and both were very helpful and friendly.

GoogleDerya is very helpful and professional. She goes beyond the call of duty to help clients. She protects the interests of landlords and tenants alike. I had a pleasant experience with her and Filey properties, and would use them again.

GoogleI would never recommend anyone to rent with Filey properties. We had a massive water damage in our flat that they didn't do anything about for a year. They ignored my message about moving out of the flat and made us pay an extra month rent after the contract was finished and are now trying to charge us even more for "damages". The most unreliable and unprofessional people I've ever had the unpleasure of renting from, absolute scammers.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDefinitely the worst agency that I have dealt with . I agreed to pay the asking price to rent a flat so they told me that they would contact the Landlord and call me back. Off course they didn't call me and in the next day the price of the rent was up in there website. Is the type of place that really doesn’t care about customers and there’s always this felling that something weird is happening and they don't want you to know. Avoid this place if you can.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI’ve rented from Filey Properties for almost a year now. It was a very easy and comfortable process looking at potential properties, once we found the right fit we were able to move in in less than a week. Ever since I only had a great experience. Any everyday issues that arise Derya, the manager, was able to handle very quickly and the service is always quality. Moreover, the company is very responsive to any requests and I don’t even need to call in because I can simply write them a message and get an immediate response. As a busy person, I really appreciate Filey Properties’ work!
