GoogleWe had a gas leak. Chrystal in Islington branch was very proactive and helpful. She was calm, intelligent and well informed. She followed up afterwards to check and monitor progress. Great support from Chrystal!

GoogleIncompetents and cheaters that's what I can say for this agency. I worked with three different ones before and this one is by far, the worst I can think of. Once they got the deposit they forget about everything, "the proffesional cleaning" include in the contract didn't exist, the flat was really dirty and things like the oven were disgusting, after complaining they "send" someone to clean it again, never came. About the contract, they never contact the landlord to ask for the conditions we ask for. As well as the matress weren't there once we move to the flat, same as the keys, etc. Disaster and of course wiht some of the highest Fees I've seen in London. NOT SERIOUS AND CHEATERS

GoogleWe all know that dealing with real estate agents (mostly) are a struggle, but J. Lord Islington just took the price of the worst one. Looking for an apartment to purchase, and did specifically asked them to send me an e-mail instead of calling me during work hour. Unfortunately they did not respect my wish (multiple times) and when asking them to stop calling during work hour they came with the a witty comment that they don't have a computer and that is the only way to reach me. Ridiculous. Asked them to remove my contact name (That I didn't get a reply for either) and will not recommend them.

GoogleStarted very good but since I posted this 6 months ago they have been very unhelpful after getting 5 stars. Basically non responsive to fixing leaking over 4+ months in our flat. Disapointing

GoogleI had a good experience starting a tenancy with Felicity J Lord, they were very quick to move us in (viewed the property on Tuesday, had the keys by Friday). The flat was in good condition upon moving in. I would've liked to have paid slightly less for the check in fees but this does include inventory done by an independent company which is somewhat handy. The only negative was that my details were passed along to a contents cover insurance company which I opted out of so I think these processes need improving as tenants details must be getting passed along automatically. Their cover was about £150/year more than their competitors so I think the commission must be fairly high for their cover! It's a shame about this really as this was the only negative part of the experience I had.
