GoogleAbsolutely terrible agency who would take 3 months to fix anything. So many back and forth emails and calls over fixing essential items we needed. DO NOT recommend at all!

GoogleThis 5 Star review is for Emma who was so calm and charming over the deductions from the deposit negotiations with the departed tenant. She even let me have a little rant, before getting down to business.

GoogleLouise at Felicity J Lord has been great from the very start. 100% professional and accommodating, this letting process has been smooth, quick and relatively pain-free. She quite obviously is very good at her job!

GoogleShocking behaviour. They decide to charge both landlord and tenant a £350 fee for tenancy setup despite a verbal agreement not to. Morals, ethics? Nowhere to be seen. Will not be using again
