GoogleThe service I experienced was outstanding from start to finish. Particularly impressive were the weekly telephone updates and the reviews of marketing strategy. I have dealt with a number of agents in the past and have never found one so easy to deal with and talk to sensibly and honestly as Stuart and his team. Thanks again for everything.
We always love to hear from our customers, especially with such great feedback. We wish you all the best and hope to speak to you again in the future. Felicity J Lord Blackheath estate agents

GoogleEarned every penny of their commission twice over. Some people think estate agents get paid for listing the property and showing a few people around. While Felicity J Lord certainly did that and got us an offer, the real work began keeping our deal alive while various solicitors decided to find the maximum number of random questions it is possible to ask whilst approaching some very serious deadlines. The good humour and support from the team - particularly from Stuart and from Lily, kept channels of communication open between us and our buyer (and even with our vendor's agents and them) at times when communication or the lack of it, between solicitors, threatened to bring us all to a grinding halt. Very pleased we chose you - though we always knew we would as you were so helpful with the valuation of our flat for probate purposes a decade ago. There is something really great about having a local team who know and love your property find a local buyer you know is going to love it too. Thank you for all your help.PositiveProfessionalism

From the valuation, to the photography and marketing, they have been professional, efficient and kept us informed. Julie and the team have been exceptional in keeping us informed at all times and providing feedback and recommendations. I’m very impressed with the service from Julie, Matthew, Stuart and the entire team. Thank you. TAA

GoogleWe were very happy with the service and level of care we received from Felicity J Lord Blackheath Standard office. Want to thank in particular the wonderful Christine who is ‘front of house’ at the branch. Such a lovely, warm lady, handling viewing appointments, dealing with queries and being a wonderful liaise between us and the new buyers when they moved in. All with a lovely, calm manner. It was a fairly stressful process selling our beloved house with lots of stops and starts! We got there in the end and everyone on the team there were great. Thank you.
Hi Shelley What a fabulous review of Christine and the team . It was no surprise to us that you sent such a wonderful review because you are so lovely and we can not stress enough what a real pleasure you were to deal with and so grateful for everything we did throughout the whole process.

GoogleTommy Weir at Felicity J Lord immediately struck me as friendly and professional. He listened to my property requirements, and would regularly send me the details of properties which matched my criteria before they went online. When I mentioned that I could do with a bit more money, he put me in touch with their mortgage broker Wasif Sajjad (to whom I also give a 5-star review). Thanks to them I was able to buy a much nicer property than I had imagined. I actually ended up finding one listed with another agent, but when I told Tommy, he was genuinely pleased for me. I felt as though he cared more about me than his commission.
Hi Alex What a wonderful review . Tommy is such a genuine person I am so glad it shines through as well as being very professional. So pleased that Wasif was really helpful what a Successful and Happy outcome. We are all delighted for you

GoogleI had a great experience with Felicity J. Lord and that was down to Ria Yardley. She was so helpful from my initial enquiry to conducting the viewings. On the day she also showed me 2 other properties in the vicinity that were actually more appealing to me based on my criteria. She also followed up with the information I had requested and got the answers I needed from the current owners in order for me to make a decision. Although, I didn't end up progressing with either of the properties if I ever am looking for a property in southeast London again I will definitely reach out to Ria. Thanks for a great experience.
Hi Naomi You couldn't get a better recommendation from someone who didn't even purchase through Felicity J lord its really lovely that you appreciate her commitment to giving you a fantastic experience . Thank you so much

GoogleI would like to say from the beginning to the end of my house sale using Felicity J Lord Royal standard branch has been a sheer delight. All members of staff that I interacted with we’re proficient, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and pleasant. We had some hiccups along the way, but staff at Felicity J Lord took all this in their stride. I would strongly recommend this organisation and especially this branch for my next house sale. I will definitely be using this company again. My personal thanks, go out to Matt, Tommy, Christine, Simone and Ria. Well done to you all! Thank you so very much. Gary Hearn
Dear Gary and Michelle Well what can we say other than , after the bad experience you received from the other agent is that we are delighted that we brought the sale of the property to a happy conclusion and achieved more money for you also. We all want to say that Michelle and yourself are really the nicest people
