I have lived in Blackheath for over 12 years and have to say that Jack Downes and his team in the Blackheath Standard office are not only the most professional agents in Blackheath , they are also the most personable, likeable and helpful too. Jack is a superb manager and he provides an amazing service looking after his clients and always going the extra mile. When I was looking to buy a flat he told me about a great opportunity of a repossession that has now doubled in value and is always on hand to offer expert advice whenever I need it. I have been so impressed by Jack I have recommended friends to FJL and would also like to thank Stuart Kidd who found my friend a property that he said would gain in value and was a great buy which my friend has since sold for a £100k profit so naturally he is delighted with Stuart . I have been in the service industry for over 30 years and have a few buy to lets so know the property market well but I have to say that dealing with Jack will change your opinions of Estate Agents as he stands head and shoulders above all agents locally with a friendly consultative approach that is second to none! I do not normally take the time to review services but can highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the local area.

My Fianceé and I recently moved from London to the Isle of Wight and decided to sell through Felicity J Lord. There were three reasons for choosing them. The first was that they valued our property at what we believed it to be worth, Secondly, their fees were fair for the property being sold and thirdly, the team were personable and friendly from the outset. Jack, Stuart, Olivia as well as the rest of the team were nothing short of fantastic throughout the entire process. We have moved in the past and sometimes it is all to easy for the Estate Agent to forget about the client after the initial sale has been agreed. They were contactable, the whole team always responding with answers to queries that inevitably arose. Their after sales care was fantastic and would provide regular updates throughout the process. We would thoroughly and absolutely recommend this team at Felicity J Lord to anybody looking to buy or sell within the area. They are all a credit to the company. Thank you all for all your help. Steve and Natalie.

Thanks Precious for showing us 2 properties. It was really clear how much she knew about the properties and their owners as well as other properties sold in the area. A really warm and lovely person to help find a property with!

The service was outstanding from start to end. Olivia was very helpful upon first visit to the property and the handling of the purchase by Jack was extremely patient as well as reassuringly informative and professional. Could not have asked to have worked through the process with a better agent, even helping provide advice when the sale of my own property looked like it would hit the rocks. You'd be hard pressed to find better service in the industry.

Thank-you to James Fenwick at Felicity J Lord for his guidance in our search for a new home. James showed us a range of properties within our budget, demonstrating extensive knowledge about our preferred areas. Viewings were organised promptly and efficiently by James, always accommodating our schedules. Any subsequent questions were always answered quickly. In short, nothing was too much trouble and James was a pleasure to deal with. A great ambassador for the Blackheath branch.

Jack and the team made the process of purchasing a home as pleasant as I could hope for. From the start they made plenty of time for us and helped us all the way through. The big difference I found from previous experiences was their active approach to managing the legal process after an offer was accepted to get the purchase to exchange and completion much quicker than I think it would have been without their help. I would wholeheartedly recommend using these guys to sell or buy.

Re: CHANTELLE CANTY Chantelle was delightful, professional prompt and courteous. She was able to answer questions and kept a good balance between showing me around and allowing me time to consider the property. Followed up as promised next day. Good Luck in the future Chantelle.
