We had a great experience buying our first home with Felicity J Lord. Our agent Raj very helpful and patient to guide us through this long and complicated process and the communication was always prompt and easy. Our solicitors weren't very communicative so it was great to have Raj on our side to explain these steps for us and help us calm down. I recommend them highly to homebuyers especially to first timers.

GoogleFound Moncef at FJL to be excellent, from our first viewing of the property right through to purchase. Nothing has been too much trouble, and he (and his colleague Shobad) have been a vital link in the process of dealing with the seller and their Solicitor, responding quickly and fully to all requests. You feel with FJL that their staff have your interests at heart too, not just the sellers and making a sale. Would highly recommend.

Shocking! Sitting on our deposit for a month and now not bothering to respond. We have been tenants with them for over 18 months, never a problem with rent or any complaints but when it come to returning our money behaviour is disgusting!
