Secondly, Lee was particularly helpful, and understanding of the fact I was travelling from abroad, and therefore unavailable via conventional means. Sales service - excellent: quick responses, very knowledgable and aware of everything that was going on with our property.Management service - satisfactory: usually they have been great with regards to managing our property over the past few years, however there have been several times when there have been no responses/updates regarding completion of something or delays occurring for whatever reason, etc.I would have given a 5 star review if the communication and updates expected when speaking to the team were improved and I didn't feel like I regularly had to chase for a progress status.

The Service was better than most…

The service was better than most interactions I had with other agencies recently and to a large part because if the agent I worked with. The agent was supper friendly and helpful, listened to exactly what I was looking for and made an effort to try to only show me these and did not try to force a property on me and pressure me to sign within seconds of seeing the flat. He would also would check in and update on any of the request I had. Over all was very pleased with the service and would recommend and my agent Ilya and Felicity for anyone thinking of finding the right place.

Terrible service and communication

Terrible service. When we got the flat it was dirty and there were dead flies everywhere. The oven was broken we had to fix it ourselves. They said they were gonna fix the bathroom, it’s been a month and they still haven’t done anything about it. They got their money upfront and they don’t care about any of our problems now. Would not recommend. Do not get involved with them.
