Ernest Brooks is definitely an agent you can trust because they informed me by phone of a property that was unsafe so they had to take it off the market, after i had booked a viewing with them. Mark Goldstein has made us stay longer because of his quick and kind responses. He ensured our comfort cooling was fixed the next day when it went down during the 32C-degree heatwave this summer. He has always followed up with our concerns and has always been so helpful. We even stopped our plans to move away altogether because the level of service he provided was stellar.
