GoogleSTAY AWAY! They were good and helpful five years ago when renting the flat but right now this company is absolutely terrible and severely mismanaged. Getting your deposit back can turn into a nightmare! Key people in their property management team change very frequently and of course new team members don't know anything about ongoing processes. We had to wait for nearly five months to get our deposit back and they still did not notify one of the energy providers about the new tenants since January 2023 (which is now affecting our credit score because we are getting unpaid invoices). I would give zero stars if there was an option. Geniunely stay away!
