We would like to show our great appreciation and heartfelt thanks to Ms Maglin Jarrett-Elliott (Sales Progressor) and Mr Craig Kelly (New Homes Manager) from Ernest Brooks. They showed great teamwork and was very helpful throughout our buying process, following up closely and giving us professional advice. Craig assisted us with looking for a value-for-money property swiftly that suited our requirements while Maglin tried her utmost to answer our questions patiently throughout the completion process even when we had some very “basic” questions since this was our first purchase of overseas property. As we are not based in UK and can’t physically visit the property, it was crucial for us to look for a trustworthy property agent to provide guidance and support to us. Maglin and Craigi did it. Great job, Craig and Maglin. Highly recommended!

GoogleI met Paul Curtis in Hong Kong in 2015 when I was a Chair Professor in a local university, when he helped me to arrange the management of my property in London City Island for rental. On 4 September 2020, I met him and his colleague Daniel Evans in his South Quay office for putting up the same property for sale. Only after a few viewings around mid-September,, it was sold on 25 Sept. with sales memorandum issued. His team members seem to have performed a miracle to sell it so quickly amidst the Covid situation, and this must be the perfect team effort of Daniel, Anthony Door, John Chung as well as Paul's personal involvement. Last but not the least, this outstanding real estate agent even has an amazing Sales Progressor Sam Strickley to follow up with the conveyancing very nicely, and that is crucial at this difficult time in London. Phoebe did an amazing job helping me, great communication which is difficult getting anyone in the property industry with how competitive it is at the moment. GoogleI recently sold my apartment in SE London using Ernest-Brooks International. I used them because I hoped they would bring in some potential buyers from abroad as well as UK based buyers and so increase the chance of a quick sale. I initially put the property on the market in the Autumn of 2020 and only got a couple of viewings. I took a break over Christmas and went back on the market in February and sold within a week. All viewings were by UK based buyers and no one from overseas. Once the sale had been agreed the follow up service was excellent (Samantha) from agreement right through to completion. So a star lost for a disappointing number of viewings. But after a buyer had been found it was definitely a 5 star service.

GoogleI've been extremely happy with the service, especially as expat coming to London. E-B guys, I was lucky to work with Jason, were able to arrange an apartment viewing very quickly (in a matter of hours if I recall correctly) in the building I wanted according to all the mentioned criteria . Again, as an expat, it has been very helpful to have E-B agent guiding me through the process of making an offer, validating the references etc. in the shortest time possible (as I had to still go back to my country of origin). E-B agent was also very direct in communication with no attempts to stretch contract length, price etc (which I actually experienced with other agency), but was able to suggest a good compromise with the landlord. Overall, my experience with EB has been extremely positive, I feel like I can rely on these guys as my trusted advisors in terms of my property needs and wants.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe best property agency I've come across: and that is among the three countries I've lived throughout my life so far! Finding the suitable property was flawless with their help and the services is of utmost professionalism. I was trying to find a home after graduating uni near my future office. My property consultant Yujin Ee was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and negotiated the perfect deal with the flat owner, and also gave me a few very useful tips for getting around the new neighbourhood. My new home was handed over to in perfect condition with a full set of high quality furniture. Compared to the very bad experiences my friends have told me about renting a flat with many other property agencies, I have literally nothing to be unhappy about at all. Highly recommend to anyone finding a home in London!

GoogleThe customer service is great. My agent was Yujin and he was extremely helpful and responsive. He was not only helpful when it came to negotiations, but also when it came to refunding my deposit. Especially in these times where there is a very high demand on properties, Yujin stayed calm and helped everyone. We should motivate such employees to keep it up.
