GoogleOur lettings manager, Jason Ung, was friendly and informative. He was approachable and efficient in the entire process until handover. Cannot fault. I would suggest however to the company that they make changes on the reservation agreement to be more confidential - we provided confidential information (e.g. salary on employee reference letters) during the signing of reservation agreement and these confidential info were shared with all the tenants. Considering that the property is an HMO, it would be better to not share,

GoogleI would not have found my dream flat without the help of Maj and for that reason I cannot recommend Ernest Brooks enough. I was a first time buyer so needed constant guidance from start to finish and throughout the whole process, nothing was ever too much to ask for, even replying to emails and calls late at night. I spoke to many other agents beforehand but from the first call with Maj I trusted only him and now he has proved why I wouldn't put business elsewhere. It's true when they say leave it to the professionals because he knew exactly what I wanted after one conversation so I really cannot thank EBI enough.
