I've been extremely happy with the service, especially as expat coming to London. E-B guys were able to arrange an apartment viewing very quickly (in a matter of hours if I recall correctly) in the building I wanted according to all the mentioned criteria . Again, as an expat, it has been very helpful to have E-B agent guiding me through the process of making an offer, validating the references etc. in the shortest time possible (as I had to still go back to my country of origin). E-B agent was also very direct in communication with no attempts to stretch contract length, price etc (which I actually experienced with other agency), but was able to suggest a good compromise with the landlord. Overall, my experience with EB has been extremely positive, I feel like I can rely on these guys as my trusted advisors in terms of my property needs and wants.
