One of the worst agencies in London. Make sure as a renter you take clear pictures of the property as they will input everything at the end of the tenancy. We received a stained mattress when we rented a property 5 years ago. They said that the mattress was new and provided a picture taken prob 10 years ago where you can actually see the staines if you zoom in. They also asked for money for items that were not broken but the property owner wanted to buy to get more money from the next tenant. They are also understaffed so any email you send them is answered in weeks instead of days. Save yourself some time and money and never work with them.

It was amazing to have found our flat through Ellis & Co Golders Green our flat is amazing and in a very good location we really love it here! The property manager Mel Sornio is always there to help us whenever we have queries or issues or problems with the flat she always get back to us quickly and and dealt with it efficiently. James Ryan manages the office like a true professional. Expertly handled right from the start of my letting process. Josh and Mel worked very hard and kept me updated on a regular basis. The flat was barely on the market when I received an asking price offer! Juliana was simply amazing- during the entire process she never sent me one negative email- She was positive , friendly and very professional. Extremely pleasant experience selling our flat through Ellis & Co, Golders Green. Agents were instructed on 15th May 2013 after agreeing a selling price. Their fliers went out on-line & by post 17th May 2013. Viewings were arranged and a number of prospective buyers viewed the flat. Full feed back of viewings was passed on to us via email and telephone call. Offer accepted 29th May 2013. Contracts exchanged 12 July 2013 and completion took place 19 July 2013. Could have been faster had solicitors not been on vacation. That is what I would call a first class professionally handled transaction. Thank you James Klienman. Ellis and Co. manage my mother's home which is rented out to tenants. They offer a reliable, prompt and efficient service. Mel Sornio has been managing the liaison between myself and the tenants. She is unfailingly courteous and sympathetic, addressing every issue as it arises and resolving it professionally and effectively. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have twice needed documents, which I misplaced, for my accounts and they have appeared within 24 hours on request. I recommend them to you.
