From first meeting James Ryan, for a valuation, we knew we were in good hands. James and his team provided excellent service from start to finish in selling my parents' house. Our main contact was Alicia Casingena. Alicia is a warm, friendly, lively person and is very good at her job. Her experience in the profession was very evident and she worked tirelessly to secure and complete my parents' sale. She was a pleasure to work with, always approachable, looked after my parents interests very well, provided good advice and was a calming influence when it all got very stressful, as house selling does. They are an organised and professional team, quick to respond to any issues and always courteous. We tend to deal with Melissa Sornio and can only say good things about her service and professionalism. I have recently purchased a property and I must say Alicia stood with us like a rock and helped us with the mortgage advisor and the solicitors as well. We quickly agreed on a very competitive fee and they arranged to have the units listed on the top property platforms as well as in their own advertising streams. The photos, 3D plans and descriptions brought our the best of the properties and truly stood out amongst other listings. Jason and Alicia were my main points of contacts. Alicia was nothing less than phenomenal at selling my property. We dealt with a tough market and she stuck to it right til the end. The buyer would certainly have backed out had it not been for Alicia's persistence. In addition there were times when Alicia went beyond her requirements by stepping in for instance when a tenant locked themselves out, saving me travel time even though she had no obligation to do so.
