They are one of the best Estate agents in Golders Green. They have fantastic team - specially James and Joanna. If you are landlord or tenant - we will highly recommend you to get in touch with Ellis & co, as we had the wonderful experience. They find the tenants for our flats in just few days. They always look after the landlords and take care of all their tenants. They always respond to your emails within few minutes - definitely deserve more than five starts. They are serving the area for over 50 years and the owner James Ryan deal with all the lettings himself. Recently, they won the British Property Award 2019 - evidence of their excellent services.

I have been so happy that I chose to go with Ellis and Co since renting out my house in 2014 and can highly recommend them. Living over the other side of the world it is a great relief to be able to leave the rental management in their capable hands, and Melissa Sornio has been wonderful in providing a professional, friendly service, and making sure all goes smoothly. We used the services of Ellis and Co recently to sell our house. Jason Davis was acting on behalf and did an excellent job of the sale and found us a buyer within 5 weeks of instruction. They were instructed on a joint basis with another agent but Jason was off the mark very quickly and had the property listed and a viewing arranged before the other agent had even photographed the property. Jason kept us up to date with viewings and feedback. Also, I have to point out that Ellis and co were pretty much on the mark with their valuation of the property and did well to manage our expectations during the sale process. James Ryan, the principal of Ellis and Co- Golders Green had acted on behalf of the owners when we bought the property in 2008, and even then, from a buyers point of view, he did a stellar job for the then owners by driving a very hard bargain! These guys are professional and very good at what they do. No hesitation in recommending them!

Jason Davis dealt with the sale of my dads house which was so complicated as we applied for probate at the same time as putting the house up for sale. There were so many problems with the probate as executors were involved who were very difficult to contact. Jason sold the house within minutes and dealt tirelessly with the sale and proceedings over the next 5 months trying to get everything through as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
