GoogleI couldn't be happier with the service I received from D&G. Within 1 week of registering my search with their Kensington branch, the team there found me *the* perfect flat to rent in central Notting Hill, and they helped me to secure it at a price that was within my budget. There was no hard sell or unwanted pressure from my agent. She was knowledgable, helpful, and responsive to all my questions and concerns. The process was so smooth. It was truly a pleasure to work with the D&G Kensington team, with a special shoutout to Elizabeth! :)

GoogleJust wanted to share what a fantastic experience we have had in securing a property to let via D&G. From my initial enquiry about available properties, right through to moving into our new home, the process couldn't have been smoother. The team really took on board the information we provided in terms of our requirements, and found us a beautiful property which ticked all of our boxes. In particular, we can't thank Lisa enough for taking the time to patiently answer all of our (many!) questions in the intervening period between making the offer / signing the contract and moving in. She went out of her way to help us with everything we needed and to ensure we were happy, including allowing us access to the property to measure for furniture before our move-in date. By far the best, most hassle-free property search and move-in that I have ever experienced!

GoogleElizabeth the senior negotiator has been very cruel to a someone who was desperate to find a home. She strung us for 2 weeks assuring us that all is well but she cancelled the application at the last minute. We gave her all the details requested with a guarantor who runs a successful property business but unfortunately Elizabeth’s behaviour and treatment against a desperate women is disgraceful. You should be ashamed of your self as a women Elizabeth! You knew the lady was desperate for a home. She had her deposit and 5 weeks rent plus a universal credit backing for her rent plus a business owner as a guarantor. ! What was your problem? How could you be soo cruel!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleElizabeth is a star. She has helped me and my friend with renting our dream property and negotiate the conditions with the landlord. Both Elizabeth and the manager of Kensington office are extremely helpful and professional. They guided us through the whole process so that although it was our first time renting, everything went quick and efficient. I recommend renting with Douglas and Gordon to everyone! A great experience :-)

GoogleVery good experience for renting a new place in Kensington. Sophie was great to work with, very informative and responsive, and actually listened to what we wanted -- a stark difference to other lettings agents we worked with. No cancellations or reschedules, a novelty compared to other agents in the area who seem to struggle with the concept of a diary. Very impressed, and highly recommended!
