We were delighted with the personal service and professional advice we received from Shash Stephens. Shash was able to offer expert advice on the properties we were considering, the market in general, and provided a wealth of experience on refurbishment and property improvements, which made our final decision much easier. She was representing a 90+ yo seller for who she went above and beyond to facilitate the sale. She helped me with furniture negotiation, arranging various repairs, etc. notably thanks to her extensive network. Shash introduced me to workers who I continue to use now that I have moved in. While searching for flat to rent, I approached Douglas & Gordon to see if they had any listings that suited my search criteria. Hannah was in charge of handling my account. She was very responsive and professional, providing me with good options that were within my search criteria even when I had made known that I was also using other agents and had viewings lined up. She welcomed calls and never did I feel I was a nuisance with my smaller budget. She will give you the time of day and not rush through the phone call (I know I was semi-rambling at one point) even if she has a busy day ahead. Charlotte helped us with my search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties.
