My girlfriend and I were relocating back from Singapore to London and we contacted Douglas and Gordon and were looked after by Lisa Holland. From start to finish everything was easy. Over the phone from Singapore Lisa took down what we were looking for, locations, budget, style etc. we reviewed a few options via email and further refined things and lined up viewings for the day we landed. We found a flat we loved and were moved in within 7 days. Highly recommended, thanks Lisa.

I'd like to thank Charlotte, Olivia and the whole Douglas & Gordon Kensington team for doing a terrific job helping me find the perfect home. Shortly after requesting to view two-bedroom flats I was taken on to view several excellent properties in various areas of West/South West London. During the viewings both Charlotte and Olivia have shown their professionalism and provided service of highest quality whilst adhearing to the governments COVID guidelines.PositiveProfessionalism

She really took time to understand what we are looking for and did her best to found the perfect property for us ! Which is very rare in London ! I highly recommend her as an agent, she is a gem if you are looking for the perfect place to live in London. Thanks again Lisa, Sarah.

I rented a stunning flat through Kelley Doyle at Douglas and Gordon. She was so helpful and knowledgable about the market and I trusted her 100% with my search. I didn’t feel the need to go to any other agency. Douglas and Gordon seemed to have the best properties on the market and from meeting Kelley, the best staff too!

Olivia made my entire experience with D&G fabulous! What an absolutely delightful young lady with both enthusiasm and professionalism. She even worked on her weekend off in order to accomodate my needs which was utterly charming of her. Unfortunately my husband and I have decided to extend but I absolutely will come to Olivia in the future.PositiveProfessionalism

I remained with Douglas and Gordon Kensington for my tenant refresh without even considering an alternative agent because of their good service last time. Hannah exceeded the previous good experience in finding a new tenant of the right quality ands on the right terms almost instantly. Flawless service is rarely found these days, so a big THANK YOU to Hannah!

Hannah Crompton went to so much trouble to find the kind of property I was looking for. She couldn't have been kinder or more patient as we visited flat after flat. I would most certainly recommend Douglas & Gordon and above all Hannah to anyone looking for a property. Anne Trollope

I'd recommend this D&G team. Found them polite and professional. Questions were all answered and docs/info sent quickly. Personally found it a particularly efficient and smooth experience. Thanks to Charlotte/Tarzie and another lady whose name I can't remember (apologies) but showed me round and was v helpful.

Lily de Malpas-Player was a solid agent. She took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and made a point of selecting properties that "truthfully" matched that description. She was patient and very much not pushy! Can't recommend her enough.
