GoogleA genuine thank you to Douglas and Gordon for offering five-star, exclusive and friendly service - both Online and face to face. Special applause goes to Henny and Matthew from the Notting Hill office for such bespoke and professional engagement. Overall excellence delivered - from initial correspondence, to personally driving my us to the various viewings (providing valuable insight regarding the respective areas) and to the final stage, including hand-over and follow-ups. Whatever your dream “space” may be, the team at D&G proved integral in the process of finding ours. Their understanding of style and architecture - and acknowledgment of individual “must haves” - transformed the viewing process into an informative, fun rendezvous; a journey of delightful “spatial surprise”. In essence, Douglas and Gordon welcomed us with genuine warmth… But what resonated strongest was an inner sense of “this just **feels** right” - the gut feeling crucial for decision-making, particularly when you’re on a quest to find the place you can call home. We found our garden sanctuary in the city - we found our new home :) Thank you! Sarah and Simon

GoogleExcellent service when I bought my flat and this has yet to end, over four years later. Without any hard sell at all, D&G have valued my property for both rental and sale, even though I told them I was simply doing it for interest and had no desire to move. Many of their team members are the ones I dealt with back when I bought my flat which is refreshingly old school and means their local knowledge is far better than most. A straightforward, upfront, helpful and honest company to deal with. I frequently recommend them to my friends and if I ever decide to leave W11, D&G are the only agent I would use.

Dear Drew, many thanks for taking the time to write this lovely review - we really appreciate it. Best wishes from everyone at D&G
