GoogleI had a very good experience with my lettings negotiator. She acted very professional and replied to all my queries in a quick and efficient way. Process was smooth and transparent.
What I didn't like, I got a call from someone else in Douglas&Gordon asking me for comments I might have had during the letting negotiation. I appreciated they wanted to improve their process even more, but when they realised my feedback was positive, they asked me to write a review here and they even sent me a link as reminder.
Would they have done the same in case of a negative feedback? I don't think so...

GoogleAbsolutely loved looking around properties with these guys! It was a great experience (maybe something to do with the fact that Toby was a fellow Chelsea fan!) and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for around Bishops Park. My match day commutes will be a lot shorter than they used to be. Very professional all round and they really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for.

GoogleDon’t rely on this agency. We were about to sign a rental contract and all the reference checks were done, when I received a call that they were refusing to continue with the process blaming it on the landlord.
No explanation given and promised to help us finding a new solution. This help never came and they preferred to live three girls in the street.
Impossible to reach out, ages to reply to texts and calls, better stay away from them.
