GoogleConstantly had problems with them on paying the rent. Direct debits set up every month, which they could see on their system, yet frequently got letters and emails saying we hadn't paid rent. Tenancy extension fees an absolute ripoff as well for what is very light work on their part. Wouldn't go with them again.

GoogleA very professional team who helped to secure a "cash sale". They managed the process well, their communication skills were good, but they could be even more proactive in keeping the vendor informed. I say this as "very critical" vendor, having been through this process a number of times. I would use them again and recommend their services.
