GoogleWe have recently just rented a property of Douglas & Gordon and we were hugely impressed by them. We were left in the lurch by another Estate Agents with only 4 working days to find somewhere to live. We told Douglas & Gordon our situation and they arranged viewings for us straight away. We put an offer in on the Monday evening and everyone in the office pulled together to help us out, including the external parties involved. Our keys were ready to be collected by the Friday! The staff were amazing and they made the very stressful situation a pleasant experience. We can't thank the team there enough. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and families.

GoogleI TRIED to engage these guys about renting a property (which is still, bizarrely, on the market) from them. got nothing but dismissive emails and bad manners. possibly i should do what the below guy is doing and go to the ombudsman.

GoogleWe had such a lovely experience working with Douglas & Gordon Clapham. They were responsive, helpful, and so kind. When I went into the office, I was greeted with all smiles and (literally) everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. We worked primarily with Charlotte and she was incredibly helpful! I highly recommend D&G Clapham.
