Kind service with perfect process! I was absolutely nervous. Because it was the first time to get my flat in UK. Alfie helped me to find a home with kind service. I'm really satisfied and recommend this agency strongly.

Hui is my agent for the Pimlico/victoria area. She is very responsive when we requested for any arrangement. She is also knowledgeable about every flat that we’ve seen. Thanks Hui!

I had a bad experience with Douglas & Gordon in Pimlico last year. I was very keen on renting a flat I saw online and ensured I was the very first person to see it. I told the agent present that I was going to contact her about making an offer later in the day, expressing my urgency. Less than 2 hours later (after checking with my husband), I emailed her to say I wanted to make the offer, and requested that she send me the paperwork ASAP. I also sent her text messages in case she wasn't checking her email, which I saw she had 'read' almost immediately. I did not hear from her, and the next morning she called to say someone else had offered on the flat, and the offer had been accepted. To this day, they have not been able to provide me with a reasonable explanation of what happened, and have continuously obscured the facts. The most horrific part of this story was when I suggested there might be discrimination involved (I had asked whether the landlord did not want a person of colour living there) the agent got upset and defensive, and her manager later called me and very aggressively told me he 'did not approve of' me bringing up the discrimination point - I'm sorry Michael, this is not something you have a right to 'approve' or 'disapprove' of - it is a very viable possible reason for my exclusion from the offer process. And 'discrimination' is exactly what I experienced: being actively 'left out' of the process for no clear reason, not being kept abreast of what was going on, not having my messages responded to, not being given an equal opportunity to put in an offer, not having the agent representing me looking out for me. It took me over a year to post this review because of how intimidated I felt through the experience.NegativeProfessionalism

I own and operate a Energy Assessment Consultancy based in London and have worked with several of the Douglas & Gordon offices across SW London. The company is as professional, diligent and friendly as any clients I have dealt with over the course of my eleven years operating my business. The Pimlico office, in particular, are an absolute pleasure to work for and are an extremely hard working and amiable bunch, always willing to go the extra mile to make life easier, under the fantastic stewardship of Mike and Hayley. I would thoroughly recommend them to any person looking for a reputable and hard working agent in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We worked with Matt Pardoe at D&G for our current flat. Matt was able to arrange a viewing outside of standard working hours and at short notice. Once we had our offer accepted on the property Matt worked swiftly to complete the remaining paperwork and ensured everything went smoothly. He is very friendly and a consummate professional. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Great service, by Dhanraaj and the whole team. Unlike other real estate agencies, they were very attentive, and rather than a long list of links I was proposed only few properties, all relevant to what I was looking for. As a new buyer, I had lots of questions, and the team took the time to answer my concerns, allow me to visit the flat several time, and take charge of some of the negotiations. Really helpful when looking for a new home while working full time!

Excellent and professional service. I recently purchased a property and the team at Douglas & Gordon was really helpful. In particular, Hermimi followed the whole process closely and helped me sorting out any issue in a timely manner. She made sure that communication kept flowing among sellers and solicitors and kept on top of the process from the beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Eleanor has assisted us in our property search from the start and we cannot recommend her enough! From checking in regularly to arranging last minute viewings, she has been incredibly helpful, friendly and professional in her approach. Although the process has been stressful, Eleanor has eased our mind by being so responsive. We would love to work with her again in the future and wish her all the best!
