GoogleI've received exceptional service from Amilia, while I was looking for a new house. She was listening to me patiently and tried to match the perfect place for me as I requested. She helped me to go through the negotiation with the landlord. Such an easygoing and professional lady. With Amelia, I've experienced first-class customer service. Definitely, I'll use this agency again.

GoogleExceptional service, particularly from Matt Pardoe. His communicability, punctuality and willingness to listen to the client's needs and wants during the period, when I concluded the tenancy agreement. The company itself is transparent, and provides all the required materials to ensure one's stay remains enjoyable and the settling-in process easy. Highly recommend Douglas & Gordon's services to anyone looking to rent an apartment.

GoogleHaving worked with a number of property agents, Ryan Finch of Douglas & Gordon has provided a most professional service. He is very knowledgeable and responsive - while he is certainly very motivated, Ryan does not push you into a transaction you are clearly not interested in (as many of his competitors tend to do).

GoogleChris and his team at D&G successfully handled a marketing and sale for me, achieving a sale price significantly in excess of the highest asking price that their competition in the area was prepared to list at. They were also proactive and tenacious in getting the deal done. Highly recommended.

GoogleHad a series of visits with Hui which was super helpful in understanding the range of flats available in the area and at what price points. Hui gave super insightful advice on the UK and London housing market and purchase process. I'm still searching for a flat but i feel like i'm getting closer to what i want. Thanks!

GoogleI just signed a long-term Tenancy at a property in Pimlico through Orla. She was really helpful throughout the signing process and was always on the other end of the phone answering any questions we had.
