GoogleExceptional experiences with Alice! It's a sunny Saturday morning, when we walked in Pimlico area. Alice is very professional and easygoing. She knows the pros and cons of each flat and neighborhood so well. We strongly recommend D&G
Dear Zhuolin, that's fantastic to hear! We really appreciate your recommendation of Alice. Best wishes from everyone at Douglas&Gordon

GoogleI absolutely would not recommend D&G for short lets. Due to severe flooding we were in one of their flats for less than 2 months. At the end of our time, we were hit with £700+ charges for absolutely minimal damages (e.g. a small scratch to a chair and splash marks on a wall). We had no WiFi for the majority of our occupancy, and building works were ongoing. We were charged for a full professional clean on check-out despite the fact that the flat was covered in building dust when we arrived. I'm sure the landlord was very happy (we suspect a chuck of the money went towards fixing damage from a serious leak which began on our first day in the flat). We, however, were not. Expect friendly, responsive service until you sign on the dotted line - after that, you won't hear from them until they send you an inflated bill.
Hi Althea, we are very sorry to hear this. Rest assured we will be following up and looking into what happened. Please email your contact details to contact@dng.co.uk so we can follow up with you directly. In the meantime, please accept our best wishes.

GoogleI own and operate a Energy Assessment Consultancy based in London and have worked with several of the Douglas & Gordon offices across SW London. The company is as professional, diligent and friendly as any clients I have dealt with over the course of my eleven years operating my business. The Pimlico office, in particular, are an absolute pleasure to work for and are an extremely hard working and amiable bunch, always willing to go the extra mile to make life easier, under the fantastic stewardship of Mike and Hayley. I would thoroughly recommend them to any person looking for a reputable and hard working agent in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
