It was a great pleasure to work with Henny Irwin and her team at the lettings department. My wife and I had two flats to let and within a few days of the properties being put to market Henny had obtained offers far in excess of our expectations. In one case, the rent obtained was over 30% higher than the previous rent! Henny is extremely attentive to her clients' needs, listens carefully, and inspires enormous confidence.

As a first time buyer, I had many questions that was answered very quickly and in a very professional manager. Recently rented a property using D&G Southfields. Keelan was helpful and efficient throughout; the process of arranging a viewing to having an offer accepted only took 24 hours. Calls, texts and e-mails all answered straight away, all in all very happy with the service. Henny was also very helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with referencing issues. Total for tenant and referencing fees (for 2 people) £390 including VAT.
