We couldn’t recommend D&G and especially Reece enough. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from day 1, he genuinely cared about us securing our home and went over and above to help us do this by giving us a real personal service by providing regular updates. We had to do a virtual viewing which he helped us do and then also accommodated a follow up Sunday viewing on his day off. We have had excellent experiences with Douglas and Gordon over the years including both buying and then selling our family house. Recently we were looked after by Jess Pardoe at the Southfields branch while we tried to find somewhere to rent. Jess went above and beyond to help us, setting up appointments at extremely short notice and letting us know when properties came up before they were even added to the website. She was always friendly and extremely professional she is a credit to the firm.

Keelan was a breath of fresh air with helping us get into our next rented property. From the get go he was prompt to reply to our online enquiry and arrange viewings. He was honest and helpful when it came to making an offer. Both him and James kept us completely up to date and helped us provide the best offer possible to secure the tenancy. We received all paperwork and correspondence promptly and even managed to ahve a second viewing to measure the place up! Cant actually thank them enough for how painless this was especially in the current situation. My husband and I have been renting in London for several years and this is honestly the best experience we have had with estate agents so thank you!

The staff at D and G (particularly Jack Edington) are passionate about providing the best possible service, making the otherwise tricky process of buying/selling a property, feel manageable. Because of the good communication and strong relationships they work so hard to build on, the stress of the situation is reduced. My ‘sale’ took longer than the average time (due to other circumstances) but Jack worked hard to ensure all parties were doing as they should - I have no doubt that the process would have taken longer if it wasn’t for him.

Jack and Rosa were so helpful on our first ever property search! Really honest, clear and concise in their information delivery - not an ounce of disingenuousness at all and always felt that they were on our side / out for our best interests. I loved that they showed us our future property off plan too where others had shown us show homes. We fell in love with a building site - but it’s because they knew the things about it that could get people excited. Alex has offered us an excellent service when recently purchasing our new home in Southfields.He kept us updated regularly and thoroughly explained and answered any questions or requests we had. Jack dealt with the sale of our property after we had received very poor service from two previous agents (one high street and one online). Jack was extremely proactive and arranged more viewings in two weeks than either of the agents had in almost a year! He was always friendly, informative, and punctual, and presented our property in the best light possible. From viewing to exchange, he has been on the ball and communicative, without being pushy or demanding. The sales team (especially Jack) were amazing. We made life really difficult for them as I had three dogs and a disabled husband so asked that they restricted viewings to only 3 days a week and all during daytime. They kept to it and were so considerate about it. Also we were only moving due to the difficulty of converting the house for my husband’s needs. They managed to find two buyers who started a bit if a bidding war and we got the asking price although the market is mostly difficult at present. Jack has led me through it all with tact and patience.

We both bought and sold through D&G - Southfields and Putney offices respectively. We found that they were very personable and easy to deal with. The number of viewings and feedback was always good and constructive on our sale, likewise on our purchase. Regarding our purchase, we felt D&G had an excellent supply of great properties and Nick Darragh and the team were always courteously on hand, but not pushy or aggressive in providing properties and details on viewings that matched our requirements and needs. Quite quickly Nick got to know what we wanted and helped us to find the right property for our family. We moved in in August and have found pre and post-sales support to be excellent. I would without question use the team again. The sales team in Putney were equally as helpful and friendly and both offices were able to ensure we had a seamless same day sale and purchase. Really impressive team effort across two separate offices.
