Ten stars to James Hastings! We recently bought our first home in the UK through Douglas & Gordons Putney. As you may guess, buying a flat is stressful and we had tons of questions in mind. James was super positive, patient, and solution-focused, and helped the process to be brilliantly smooth. Thank you James!

The viewing was great, I want to thank Amy she was very friendly, kind, understanding, helpful and very professional, I liked the way she talked, the way she explained, the way she showed us the properties, even after doing the viewing she kept talking to me, the best service ever. Guys if you want to do viewings than you should ask for Amy she will help you in everything you need.

My boyfriend and I dealt with Luke at Douglas and Gordon when looking for a new flat in Putney this Autumn. We found him to be organised, personable, and genuine, and thanks to the fact he actually listened to what we were looking for (not always the case!), the options he showed us were always of a strong calibre. We'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a rental property in the area to contact Luke.

Hattie Young was absolutely brilliant in securing our purchase of a house in Wandsworth. It was not a straightforward purchase that was complicated by various factors. However, we firmly believe that Hatttie was instrumental in getting the deal over the line. Her perseverance, and her ability to understand what was required to get the sale done, was key. We have no hesitation in recommending Hattie and are indebted to her hard work.

Nicholas Thompson was really helpful and ensured we had all the info we needed when viewing the property. He also made time for us last minute to view the property again and his professionalism is what pushed us to make an offer. Ultimately we went with another property but we are gutted not to be working with Nick!

I had a fantastic experience working with Ella Coates at D+G East Putney. She was very flexible with viewings, super responsive on email answering all my questions (even when it was really late!) and ensured the whole sale process ran smoothly. As a first time buyer I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me find a home. Thank you Ella!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The team at D&G really went above and beyond to streamline our entire search process and helped find the perfect home for me and the little ones. Big thank you to Tom in particular, his charismatic and charming smile never failed to make my wife laugh and made what is usually a long and tiresome process as simple as possible. Kudos!

We bought our property through Nick Darragh at Douglas and Gordon. He's genuine, was always available, prompted the sale process at the right moments, listened and respected us. The general sale process wasn't the easiest for various reasons, but real credit to Nick for managing a difficult process and making it happen. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Nick.

Thank you to James and Nick for their brilliant work in the sale of my property. Achieving asking price within 48 hours of instructing and then brilliant communication and updates through the conveyancing process. Would recommend their professional services if looking to sell in Putney.

We're in the process of purchasing a property in Putney and D&G have the best ones in the area, all the agents we have dealt with are professional and especially Tom Mayes, who's helping us with the purchase of our first flat: he is always available, he answers our questions quickly and he facilitated the whole process, allowing us to meet our deadlines.

I recently purchased a property in Putney with D&G and was very impressed by the level of service provided. Verity was incredibly proactive and worked hard to ensure the process progressed as expected, negotiating all external speed bumps with ease and communicating updates very frequently and transparently. I’m now happily settled into the property and that is in no small part due to Verity’s professionalism and dedication. Would definitely recommend.

Lily has been great at listening to us and helping us in our property search. We didn't get off to the best start with D&G Putney after is was tough to get responses from one of the sales team, but Lily has stepped in and turned things around by showing a real interest and desire to help us find the perfect place

Nicky and James were a pleasure to deal with. We saw a number of properties through different agents, and D&G were they only ones that understood our brief and showed us a flat that ticked all of our boxes meaning we were able to agree a purchase with 24 hours of viewing. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Isabella! She showed us three really nice flats and we immediately decided to put in an offer on one of them. Isabella was so helpful throughout the process and everything from viewings, offers, contracting and reference checks was seamless. Definitely one of the best letting agencies we’ve dealt with. Thanks from Matt & Lucia
