Douglas Allen was able to sell our house faster than 2 previous agents we were with. We spoke with many helpful colleagues at the Chadwell Heath branch. One of the main people we spoke to was Bilal. She did a great job of liaising with solicitors and the seller to move things forward, and was always so friendly and generally a pleasure to chat to.

The sale of my house was very simple with Gregory Moore at Douglas allen Woodford. He was different to other agents I have dealt with in the past and guided me the whole way. Even on his day off Steve was there to help with the offers. Overall I was very happy with the whole transaction. I was sold and completed within 2 months as Greg promised so thanks again.

Luke and Ray were excellent in getting my property sold for the price I wanted. I was previously on with another well known (but very inexperienced) agency in the area who were unable to get any offers on my house in 3 months. Within a few weeks of being with Douglas Allen I had a few offers one of which I accepted and successfully completed thanks to these guys.
