In addition, there were several mistakes in the paperwork that caused delays in the process. I've been really impressed with the service I've received from Douglas Allen in Walthamstow over the last few weeks: sales manager Ammer Haroon was very proactive in getting the ball rolling when I found a property I was interested in, and branch manager Maria Ticehurst has been working really hard to iron out any issues with the vendor's solicitor, despite the COVID-19 lockdown.
