GoogleReally strong team - helped us all the way through and really tried to understand and convey our perspectives as purchaser through negotiations with the buyer. When needed they were really proactive 'nudging' the vendors solicitor to get paperwork completed. No hesitation in recommending the team. We worked with George office manager - really professional.

GoogleBig thanks to Nathan at Dexters who was really helpful & flexible in showing us a property (we eventually bought) at short notice...twice. He was very knowledgeable but willing to ask the sellers anything he wasn't 100% sure on. Would recommend very highly!

Google*Updated Review* They turned things round after not the best of starts. Would have been 5*s if I received the same service I had at the end throughout the whole process. Props to Nathan for the persistence and communication to get things resolved.

Google10/10 experience working with George and Nathan on the sale of my flat. They did a fantastic job in marketing the property, securing a sale and ensuring a very smooth process to completion. Also on a personal level, I found them to be honest, understanding and provided excellent communication and service throughout. GoogleLooking for a house to buy, we weren't overly impressed with Dexters Kennington. They have a habit of not updating their listings when they are under offer and, when you enquire about something listed, they'll say an offer has "just been accepted" on that property. It happened on more than one occasion. One of the sales team eventually told us they often didn't update the status so they could showcase they had a high number of listings. Separately, I would take some of these reviews with a pinch of salt. One of the sales team called us to beg for a Google review, even before finding us a property, and then sent an email directly after, saying there was "a competition going on and it ends today". We found this to be unprofessional.
