GoogleConsidering Dexters are estate agents they should actually NOT participate in GAZUMPING - they took my offer accepted it, then went ghost finally after chasing them made me offer 50k more and then took proof of funds etc and then went back to other party and took more money VERY POOR - be careful no business ethics or morals!

GoogleWould highly recommend. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable and really helped the sale go through quickly and smoothly. Slightly pricier than other local estate agents but they got the job done well so we felt it was worth spending slightly more. GoogleManaged to get through the process of buying a flat through Dexters Kennington, although it has been a challenging process and had a few issues, George Carlin has been extremely helpful with everything and made sure that there was adequate communication and progress. Harry Williamson was fantastic, always helpful and knowledgeable and got me into see properties often the same day they were given an instruction, rather than waiting for them to reach the market. GoogleAs a first time buyer, I've had an incredibly positive experience working with Nathan to help find my ideal first home. He spent time understanding my situation really clearly, from which point he struck the perfect balance of letting me know when relevant properties came up but not overwhelming me with an in-exhaustive number many options. He took time to show me multiple options in one sitting and since my offer was accepted has been brilliant in helping me navigate the house buying process for the first time. He is extremely responsive and I would recommend him/Dexters as a first time buyer. The whole process has been seamless, testament to Nathan's diligence in linking me to the perfect property and his excellent communication skills which have been reassuring throughout the whole process.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. This agency operates with blatant dishonesty, right from Director level down. They’ll accept your offer just to keep the property on the market and pit you against other buyers to squeeze every penny they can utterly unscrupulous. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer well clear.
