Sold my flat through Dexters - with Sally going above and beyond to complete the sale. Incredibly attentive through the process and pushed solicitors on both sides to speed up the process. Also had an offer at asking price within a couple weeks. Also from a valuation point of view Dominic was very pragmatic and knows the area value incredibly well. I recently bought my first property in Oval and received an extremely impressive service from the Dexters Kennington team. Sally went above and beyond from the very start, first in terms of recommending properties and then keeping me updated and informed on my purchase through every step; there were lots of hurdles with the lender and then the stamp duty increase deadline, but the team worked hard to get everything through. Verity also provided excellent support as Sales Support Manager, and Dominic was also extremely helpful and patient when I dealt with him; they are all a credit to the branch.
