Dominic, Timothy, George and Verity were incredibly helpful in helping us sell our flat for a great price at a difficult time in the market. From the valuation through to the completion we were kept informed of developments and quickly had a number of viewings of the flat which was a testament to the Dexters' Kennington rolodex. This was the first time we had used a completion manager and it's a service which was useful as it meant we were always aware of what was going on in the rest of the chain. I completed less than a week ago and I do believe that Dexters was the best choice. The plan was to complete by the end of June, but slight problem in the Lease, which meant my Solicitor had to liase further with L&Q but worst of all, Land Registry. They are a law until themselves, but George who lead the Team was great. The fact that they were able to calm and reasure my Buyer to hold on for furthet two and a half months. Whilst George and his Team supported my Buyer i was able to focus on healing from a major operation that i had to have during the sale's process. A big thanks to George and his team, Kenning office deserve my five star.

Dexters Kennington are by far the best estate agents we have ever used and we can't thank Harry highly enough for everything he did to find our dream property. He was proactive, responsive and a great negotiator. Unfortunately the Land Registry made a major error on the title which took months to rectify. As a result, we could not complete on schedule and were ultimately forced to withdraw. However we would not hesitate to work with them again and we would recommend them to any prospective buyers and sellers.

Thanks to Harry and the team for being so helpful with the process - it was incredibly easy from start to finish and Harry made it very straightforward. I’ve heard some horror stories from friends when buying and their dealings with agencies however the opposite was true with Harry and team.
