I had the please of dealing with Dunica and she was such a delight at every stage of the interactions I had with her. I felt listened and considered during a process that can often times feel the opposite. Very grateful for the assistance provide by Dunica and even though I did not secure a property through Dexters( due the things out of their control) I came away from the experience knowing that if ever I find myself property hunting again I know where exactly I’d start my search and with who!

I worked alongside the Dexters Kennington office for a purchase and quite frankly have never been so impressed with an estate agency. Harry and Nathan were my intial points of contact, guiding the house buying process and I cannot reccomend them or the team enough, even speaking to me at 8pm on several occasions to keep me up to date with the purchase. Incredibly quick to respond, very knowledgable and very reassuring with any questions I had. Even when they werent in, the rest of the team were ready to help me. Only ever had positive experiences with the staff who worked here - and they did do a good job… however for a completely honest review i would warn anyone considering selling a property through Dexters that they will give you a (possibly artificially high) price point, then are quick to ask you to lower it. They told me my property was worth a certain price, then after only four weeks told me to reduce it by £50k (which is a substantial % of the property price). It’s obvious they do this to a) get your custom and or b) get it sold quickly to get the profits faster. I also think it’s worth haggling the estate agent fees, which were quite high in hindsight.

Had a thoroughly positive experience letting an apartment and then selling it with Dexters in Kennington. I'd had the flat for 10 years and have always found the teams both in Lettings and Sales really approachable and helpful. Most recently on the Sales side, I've worked with Harry, Nathan and Dominic who've made the process as easy as possible. We've toyed with selling numerous times and the team has always been approachable to discuss options and the market - and then throughout the actual sale we couldn't really have asked for more.
