They were very professional and gave an honest and thorough assessment of the market and value of my property including surveying buyers etc. Their communication throughout the sale process was excellent, and when I did receive offers they represented my interests well during negotiations and provided sound advice during each step of the sale transaction. I checked out a lot of estate agents before choosing Dexters. What most impressed me was how well they knew the market. They were also extremely easy to deal with and very communicative throughout the whole process. I would particularly like to single out Nathan and Davina. Nathan managed the viewings and Davina handled the progressing of the sale. This estate agents generally seems to be a tightly run operation, we've only had great experiences with them and they are a league above the other agents we've encountered in London. Harry Williamson was our agent and despite being a new member of their team was the picture of professionalism. He was on time, well dressed, and clearly knew his stuff. He had clearly spent time reading about the property beforehand and was able to answer our questions concisely. When he didn't know something he refrained from making up nonsense as many other estate agents seem to do, and simply stated as such. It was a refreshing experience! All of the other staff at Dexters Kennington seem equally proficient and we couldn't recommend them more highly.

I can highly recommend Dexters. We first approached George from Dexters Kennington as they were the agents for a property we were interested in. When our offer was not accepted, George stayed in touch and said that he would do whatever he could to find us a place. Our search area was very small and we were looking for a specific period property of which they were very few in our search area, However, George found us a better place, from the exact historical period and in the exact location. He contacted us as soon as the Sellers expressed interest in selling and we were the first to view the property. We have now competed on the purchase and are very happy.
