Alistair at Dexter's was brilliant at communicating with all the solicitors and estate agents involved in the chain and worked very hard to effect exchange after a 3 day delay. The facts are simple.We chose Dexters estate agents after they promised us a specific sale price. We ended up receiving 85% of this, along with excuses and explanations. Dexters still received the same commission rate however.So. Just choose the estate agents in the same locality who charges the lowest commission rate. You’ll end up with the same selling price in the end.
