I thought I was dealing with Jackson Stop when I put my flat on the market.Dexter had bought Jackson Stop.The worst agent I had to deal with.Arrogant and never returning your calls and asking you to do the works they are supposed to do.The agency is in Westbourne Grove.W11Didn’t even get a well done or thank you when the property was sold.

My partner an I were moving to London for the first time and were struggling to find a nice flat, in an area we liked. I found that our agent at Dexter's ( Lauren Evans ) really helped support us find somewhere we liked and the journey of actually letting it, while being a joy to talk to.

Been selling our flat for a year and a half. It just keeps falling through. They have managed our tenants awfully and have let terrible people use our property. I fear the most recent tenants wont leave. This has been the most terrible experience. DO NOT USE Dexters (Putney)

If you rent via Dexters, don’t expect your deposit back any time soon. It’s been 53 days since I vacated the property and 28 days since it was agreed I will receive my deposit in full, despite there being a 10 day rule under the TDP scheme.

Our tenants ended their tenancy early and WIll found us new tenants within a very short time, organised a full refurb and moved the tenants in with no delays, keeping us regularly informed throughout.
